Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
Reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit entire amount. Travel insurance is recommended. All service fees are non refundable
Written Deposit Policy
At the time of booking, half of the total reservation amount will be collected. The balance will automatically be taken 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are made within 30 days of arrival are automatically collected in full. Cleaning Fee: $40 Cleaning fee is collected at time of booking.
Check In
4:00 p.m. MT. Directions and key information will be emailed to the tenant prior to the check in date. Check in is at 4pm. Tenants may have the option of checking in early for a $50 fee and must be approved by the owner in advance but no earlier than 12pm. Please inquire about this option.

No pets are allowed at this property.
Other Policy
Cleaning Fee: $150 per stay. Cleaning fee is collected at time of booking. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: Private home rentals require 50% deposit at the time of booking.Final payment is due May 1st. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to May 1st, the deposit is non refundable. If a reservation is cancelled after May 1st, no refund is due.
