Physical Location: 21117 Stewart Slope Road Lead, SD 57754 Driving Directions: 2 Miles South of Lead on Hwy 14A/ Hwy 85, turn right on Nevada Gulch, and go 3 miles take a left on Stewart Slope Rd. we are on the right about 1 mile. Please note: A cleaning fee is assessed on all lodging at this property.
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT, 3 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 3 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. Holiday and special event reservations require a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25. Reservations cancelled after 3 p.m. MT within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to June 1st, there is a full refund less a 1 nights deposit. If a reservation is cancelled on or after June 1st, no refund is due.
