Reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 6 days or less prior to arrival are nonrefundable. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. No show reservations are nonrefundable. SPECIAL EVENTS (excluding Sturgis Rally): Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a one-night's cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are nonrefundable. STURGIS RALLY: All reservations are nonrefundable. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
