The Double Diamond Ranch is located near the junction of Hwy 16 and 385 We are located in the "Heart of the Hills" close to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Pactola Lake and Sheridan Lake, and numerous other area attractions. We are just 36 miles from Historic Deadwood with casino gambling and 47 miles from the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Our deluxe cabins & vacation homes feature lodging that sleeps from 2-14 guests. Wifi available in all cabins and guest quarters! Rates are based on maximum capacity. Fully furnished kitchens, hot tubs and fire pits along with fireplaces, TVs and cell service. Contact us to get your Double Diamond quote today! A deposit of one night's stay or half of your entire stay, whichever is more, is required to confirm your reservation. Smoke-free guest quarters. Check-in time is 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. (unless other arrangements are made). Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Fishing allowed on site at Double Diamond Ranch. (must have SD fishing license.)

General Policy
Guests assume financially responsibility for charges to repair any damages made to the cabin and/or property.
Written Cancellation Policy
There is a $100 cancellation fee for reservations cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 90 days, party will be responsible for the entire deposit. All service fees are non refundable.
Written Deposit Policy
One night lodging due at time of booking. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
Check In
Check-in 3:00 p.m. MT at the main Double Diamond Ranch Lodge. Guests will be given keys and directions.
Check Out
10:00 a.m. MT
Pets Policy
NO PETS Allowed in Aspen Room, Pine Room, Diamond Spur Lodge and Lodge at Elk Ridge. | Dogs only are allowed and must be declared upon reservation. Must be kenneled in room in allowed lodging and on when outside leash outside on-site. Nonrefundable $50 pet fee per dog/per stay payable upon arrival. Max 2 dogs allowed/under 100 lbs. per dog.
