General Policy

Written Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled before 6 p.m. of the arrival date will result in no cost to the guest. Reservations cancelled after 6 p.m. of the arrival date will be charged 100 percent of the first night's rate plus tax. The charge for the first night will not be applicable if we are able to re-rent the room for that night. Reservations can be cancelled by calling Bell's at (800) 880-2095 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily, mountain time.
Written Deposit Policy
Payment will be taken by Bells Motor Lodge at check-in.
Check In
2:00 p.m. MT; Office hours 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. daily, call the property directly if checking in after 10:00 p.m., 605-642-3812.
Check Out
10:00 a.m. MT
Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property, which welcomes small dogs and cats, in select pet-designated rooms. Animals must not be left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. The nonrefundable fee is $3 per pet, per night.
