Written Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT, 48 hrs. prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 48 hrs. of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. Holiday reservations require a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 p.m. MT within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable.

Written Deposit Policy

1 Nights deposit at time of booking and final payment will be taken 14 days prior to arrival.

Check In

4 p.m. MT - Guest should contact Jared at (605) 390-4848 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange key delivery. A $500 damage deposit via check is required upon arrival and will be returned or voided 10 days after departure.

Cleaning fees included in rate. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Private home rentals require 50% deposit at the time of booking. A Final payment is due May 1st. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.If a reservation is cancelled prior to May 1st, the deposit is non refundable. If a reservation is cancelled after May 1st, no refund is due.
