Ivan's Bed and Breakfast is located off of Interstate 90 at Exit 48 in Blackhawk, South Dakota, between Rapid City and Sturgis. This unique property caters to families, hunters, anglers, and vacationers and offers amazing views of the beautiful Black Hills. At Ivan's Bed and Breakfast, 3 rooms are available to rent that sleep up to 6 guests for $450 per night. For smaller groups, the lower 2 rooms are available, which sleep up to 4 guests for $325 per night. A minimum 3 night stay is required. The lower level area is the perfect spot for families wanting to have fun during their stay. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen television. The other larger room includes two twin beds, refrigerator, table, microwave, large recliners, and flat screen television. The upper level has a nice cozy room with 2 twin beds. The flat screen television in the living room is available for use. Other amenities include a fire pit, trailer parking, indoor motorcycle storage, and large private deck. Home-cooked meals are included with each night's stay which feature bacon & eggs, pancakes, or French toast for breakfast and dinner options of ribeye steaks, chicken, or pork. Guided fishing tours are available with Ivan. If you enjoyed a day of fishing, your dinner could be the catch of the day. PET POLICY: No pets are allowed at this property.

Written Cancellation Policy
The Deposit amount is nonrefundable if cancelled. Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT, 30 days or more prior to arrival date will also be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Reservation is nonrefundable if cancelled after 3 p.m. MT within 30 days of arrival.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent to 1 night at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to June 1st, there is a full refund less a 1 nights deposit. If a reservation is cancelled after June 1st, no refund is due.
