Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged one nights fee. All Holiday & Special Events reservations are nonrefundable. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
