General Policy
Driving Directions: Take HWY 79 South of Rapid City to Hermosa, SD. From Hermosa take HWY 36 that leads into Custer State Park. Go 4.5 miles on HWY 36, Ghost Canyon Rd will be on your right hand side. Turn right onto Ghost Canyon Rd. Go 5 miles on a Ghost Canyon Rd (all gravel). We will be in the on the left hand side in the valley.
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT,30 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 30 days of the arrival date are non refundable.
Written Deposit Policy
25% is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card 30 days before arrival. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. All reservations must be paid in full at the time of the Reservation. No refunds.

Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property which welcomes dogs in every unit type. Animals must not be left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. Dogs must also be leashed when outside. The nonrefundable fee is $75 per pet, per stay (does not apply to RV site).

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.All reservations must be paid in full at the time of the Reservation. No refunds.
