Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival are nonrefundable. Cancellations made before 3:00 pm MT, 24 hours or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 fee. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
Written Deposit Policy
1 nights lodging is taken at the time of booking - the remainder is charged 14 days prior to your stay. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

Pets Policy
This is a pet friendly property. Pet accommodation: 20.00/night per pet. Pet limit: 1 pet per room / up to 40 pounds. Pet rooms are only on the 3rd floor.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: All Sturgis Motorcycle Rally reservations will require a signed contract. They also require the first night to be paid in full upon booking and then they have to be paid in full by January 1st. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. We allow cancellations until May 1st. Anything cancelled prior to May 1st will be refunded with the exception of the first night deposit. Anything cancelled on or after May 1st is non-modifiable and not able to be cancelled.
