Written Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. The following special events have a 7 day cancellation policy (Mardi Gras, St Patricks Day, Deadwierd and New Years Eve) Reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 fee. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival date are nonrefundable. All other holiday and special event reservations require a 3 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 fee. Reservations cancelled within 3 days of arrival date are nonrefundable.

Written Deposit Policy

Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

Pets Policy

This is a pet-friendly property which welcomes animals in select pet-designated rooms on the first floor. The nonrefundable fee is $25 per stay and there is a $50 deposit refundable upon check out.

Other Policy

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, 50% nonrefundable fee is due at the time of booking. Nonrefundable final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: Non- refundable at the time of booking.
