Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT, 3 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 3 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Holiday reservations require a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 p.m. MT within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card 14 days before arrival. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property which welcomes a maximum of 2 animals per select pet-designated rooms. Animals must not be left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. The nonrefundable fee is $15 per pet, per night. A pet sanitation fee of $50 may be charged for cleaning purposes, if necessary.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally: Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled on or after June 1st, there is a full refund less a 1 nights deposit. If a reservation is cancelled on or after June 1st, no refund is due.
