Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT, 3 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m.MT, within 3 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. Holiday reservations require a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 PM MT within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable. JULY 4TH: Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 30 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 p.m. MT within 30 days of arrival date are nonrefundable. All service fees are non refundable. ALL ADVANCE PURCHASE RATES ARE FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING NON-REFUNDABLE
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. JULY 4TH: Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property which welcomes animals in select pet-designated smoking rooms. Animals must be kenneled if left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. The nonrefundable fee is $5.
Other Policy
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to June 1st, there is a full refund less a 1 nights deposit. If a reservation is cancelled after June 1st, no refund is due.

Children ages 12 and under are free. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
