Your deposit is refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. Upon cancelling a reservation, a $35.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card, and the remaining amounts will be credited to your credit card. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
Written Deposit Policy
One night's deposit is required to guarantee your reservation at Hill City Mount Rushmore KOA at the time of booking. Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

Check -in for the campground is 1:00 pm MT Check-In for the Cabins is 3:00 pm MT If checking in after 10:00 pm MT, guest must call 605.574.2525 for self check in instructions.

Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property. Animals must not be left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. Animals must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after. Aggressive breeds, such as Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, or ones that exhibit aggressive or protective behaviors, are not allowed. Dogs that incessantly bark all day or all night are not permitted. There is no fee.
