Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for the lodge, mountain cabins or executive lodges must be received (7) days prior to arrival. Upon cancelling a reservation, a $35.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card, and the remaining amounts will be credited to your credit card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
Written Deposit Policy
One night's deposit is taken by Black Hills Central Reservations at the time of booking, to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival and will automatically charged to your credit card by Black Hills Central Reservations. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

3:00 pm MT A credit card is required at check-in to cover incidental charges. If checking in after 10:00 pm, please call 605.574.2525 to arrange for self check in. Property amenities are subject to change.

Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property which welcomes animals in select lodge rooms and rustic cabins. Animals must be crated when left in room. Owners are responsible for any damages. Animals must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after. The nonrefundable fee is $10 per pet, per night. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. Dog Park on site.
Other Policy
Our Resort Fee Program: As part of your stay, a $12 nightly fee allows everyone registered in your party to enjoy the following activities (seasonal activities open Memorial day - Labor day): Free admission to the National Presidential Wax Museum and Holy Terror Mini-Golf in Keystone; and at the resort, our climbing wall, pools, waterslide, mini-golf, jumping pillow, inflatables, and daily and nightly activities. STURGIS RALLY POLICIES: One night deposit at the time of booking. Full payment due 7 days prior to arrival. If a guest cancels within 7 days of arrival it is a forfeiture of their 1st night's deposit. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
