General Policy
Physical Location: 24572 SD Highway 87 Custer, SD 57730. Driving Directions:From Rapid City head south on US Hwy 16. Turn left on US 385 and continue past Hill City. Turn left on SD 87 and follow the signs to Custer State Park and Sylvan Lake Lodge.
Written Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled 15 Days or more prior to arrival, there is a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee plus service charge. If a reservation is cancelled inside 15 Days prior to arrival, no refund is due. PLEASE REFER TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card 14 days before arrival. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

Pets Policy
$10 per pet per night nonrefundable pet fee. Cabins only, no pets allowed in lodges or motel rooms.
Other Policy
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Reservations must be prepaid in full for the entire stay. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Reservations for the Rally dates cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund only if the room/cabin is re-rented minus a $50 cancellation fee. Early checkouts will result in the deposit balance being held until the remaining nights are re-rented.
