Our family-friendly cabins are 3.9 miles outside of Hill City, South Dakota, and centrally located to all the favorite Black Hills attractions. With three unique, custom-built cabins to choose from, you’ll find the perfect place for a large gathering of friends or a place to create a memory-filled family reunion. From conferences, to retreats or small wedding groups, rented together, our cabins can accommodate up to 53 people. MICKELSON TRAIL LODGE: Rent the entire Lodge, year-round and all major holidays. Individual room rentals are available Oct 15– May.1 (excluding major holidays) 6 bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and dining areas, screened-in porch with cedar covered, 20’ cathedral ceiling that offers a grand place for everyone to gather. Relax under cover of our log patio. A fenced area contains a small, private swimming pool (summer months), rooftop hot tub with spectacular views. TIMBER CREEK LODGE: Sleeps 18 people, Private Hot Tub, Open Year Round. spacious kitchen, 6 Bedrooms, a loft, 3 Bathrooms, Family/Game Room, fireplace, Gas Grill, Hot Tub, Campfire ring, Large deck. McCASKELL CABIN: Sleeps 17 Private Hot Tub Open Year Round, 7 bedroom, Loft, 3 Bath, ADA friendly, Kitchen, Gas Fireplace, Game Room, Deck, Gas Grill, Hot Tub, Campfire Ring and Horse Shoe Pit For bicycling and hiking enthusiasts, we are located next to the Mickelson Trail. Enjoy a serene walk through the aspen trees or bike the trail. Located minutes away from Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, and all major Black Hills attractions.|

Policies

General Policy
Each cabin has its own hot tub for guest use as well as outdoor living space.
Written Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: Cancellations made before 3 p.m MT, 21 days or more prior to the arrival date, will be charged a $60 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 3p.m MT, within 21 days of arrival are non refundable. Cabins are considered PRESOLD at the time of booking. In the unlikely event that a situation arises where you need to cancel or shorten your reservation, please notify us immediately. If we are able to rebook the cabin on those dates, your deposit will be refunded less a $60 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook your cabin, the reservation is non-refundable. NOTE: Holidays & Sturgis dates are never refundable. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
Written Deposit Policy
Deposit: We require a deposit of one third of your total bill. Balance due three weeks prior to your arrival. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

Pets Policy
ALL PETS MUST BE REGISTERED prior to your stay. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. The rate is $10 per pet/per day. Please note: there is a $100 (Bring cash) damage deposit required at check-in. There is a $100 charge per pet/per day for unregistered pets. (Note many of our lodging units do not allow pets at all, while others do, so please be sure to clarify this in writing at the time of your reservation.)
Other Policy
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, 33% is due at the time of booking and non-refundable. Final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. No Refunds.
