Cancellations made after 3:00 pm MT, within 24hrs of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE CANCELLATIONS: Peak Season Holiday reservations require a 48 hr cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3:00 pm MT 48hrs or more prior to arrival date will be charged a 1 NIGHT STAY plus taxes. Reservations cancelled after 3:00 pm MT within 48hrs of arrival date are nonrefundable. OFF - Peak Season Holiday reservations require a 24 hr cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3:00 pm MT 24hrs or more prior to arrival date will be charged a 1 NIGHT STAY plus taxes. Reservations cancelled after 3:00 pm MT within 24hrs of arrival date are nonrefundable. LAKOTA NATION INVITATIONAL and BLACK HILLS STOCK SHOW: Cancellations made before 3:00 pm MT, 2 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged a 1 NIGHT STAY plus taxes. Cancellations made after 3:00 pm MT, within 2 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Cancellations made before 3:00 pm MT, before June 1 will be charged a 1 NIGHT STAY plus taxes. On June 1 or after, Rally reservations cannot be cancelled. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
