For decades the Lazy U Motel has been hosting visitors from around the world. We have multiple room options, whether your are a single traveler or a family reunion. We have 25 guest rooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, 32" LG flat screen television, refrigerator, microwave, mirror, small table, cloth shed chairs, drawer chest, lamp table, night stands and desk phone. The guest laundry room has coin operated washer and drier and an ice machine. The continental breakfast includes Coffee, Muffins and Pastries.

General Policy

Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3 p.m. MT, 3 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Cancellations made after 3 p.m. MT, within 3 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. Holiday and special event reservations require a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 p.m. MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 p.m. MT within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

3:00 p.m. MT or earlier if your room is ready.

11:00 a.m. MT
Pets Policy
We are "Pet Friendly". There is a pet fee of $20 per stay. Only 1 pet allowed per room and pets may not be left alone in the room.
Other Policy
:STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to June 1st, there is a 1 nights fee. If a reservation is cancelled after June 1st, no refund is due.
