Mountain Meadow Lodge consists of 3200 square feet with 3 levels, 8 bedrooms, 4 baths and a loft. The lodge is just outside of Hill City bordering forest service. The Mickelson Trail and Newton Creek run through the property. There is also a covered picnic pavilion and six person hot tub available for guests (May 11 to October 15 Only). The lodge has 3 levels, the lower level has 4 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 baths and a family room, the loft has 2 queen beds, and the main level has 4 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 baths, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facility. The lodge provides guests with linens and towels, outdoor gas grill, soaps and paper products for your convenience.

Policies

General Policy
Events, Parties, Weddings etc are not permitted. The maximum number of people permitted at the property at any time is 20. Must be 25 years of age to rent.  If these maximums are broken, Black Hills Retreats has the right to ask that you vacate the rental immediately.  NO REFUNDS will be given. There is a Cleaning Fee of $200 of which payment is due at the time of booking. No tents or campers allowed on the property.
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The balance of reservation is due at this time. Reservations cancelled prior to this deadline will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of $125.00. No refunds will be allowed after the cancellation deadline. All service fees are non refundable.
Written Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Check In
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. MT Check in instructions along with directions to the property will be provided one week prior to your arrival.
Check Out
Check out time is 10:00 a.m. MT Late check outs are assessed a $150 fee.  Check out instructions are located at the property. 
Pets Policy
There are NO PETS allowed in the cabin or on the premises. YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A FINE OF $750 FOR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING IF EVIDENCE OF A PET IS FOUND and you will be immediately asked to vacate the property and will forfeit the rental fee.
Other Policy
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE RENTAL. YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A FINE OF $1500 FOR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING IF EVIDENCE OF SMOKING IS FOUND and you will be asked to immediately vacate the property and will forfeit the rental fee.   All cigarette butts shall be disposed of in the proper receptacles which are provided for your convenience outside the Rental.  Failure to abide may result in an additional FEE OF $250 BEING CHARGED FOR CLEANUP.
