The CCC Officers Club is located on scenic Highway 87, minutes from Sylvan Lake and Custer State Park. The Black Hills National Forest is your backyard when staying in . this historic rustic cabin was originally the officer's headquarters at the CCC Camp in Custer. It was moved to the present location in 1946 and the numbering used to identify the logs is still visible today. The main floor consists of the living and dining rooms, kitchen, half bath and 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twins. The upstairs bedrooms include one twin bedroom with a half bath, one king bedroom with a bath including a shower, and a bedroom with 2 full beds and a bath with a tub. Guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding Black Hills on the deck with grill and picnic table. The cabin is fully furnished.

Policies

General Policy
Guest will not have more than the number of adults and children listed to occupy this unit, and must be 25 years of age to rent units.  If these maximums are broken, Black Hills Retreats has the right to ask that you vacate the rental immediately. NO REFUNDS will be given. No tents or campers allowed on the property.
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The balance of reservation is due at this time. Reservations cancelled prior to this deadline will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of $125.00. No refunds will be allowed after the cancellation deadline. All service fees are non refundable.
Written Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a Cleaning Fee of $180 of which payment is due at the time of booking. No tents or campers allowed on the property.
Check In
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. MT Check in instructions along with directions to the property will be provided one week prior to your arrival.
Check Out
Check out time is 10:00 a.m. MT Late check outs are assessed a $150 fee.  Check out instructions are located at the property. 
Pets Policy
There are NO PETS allowed in the cabin or on the premises. YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A FINE OF $750 FOR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING IF EVIDENCE OF A PET IS FOUND and you will be immediately asked to vacate the property and will forfeit the rental fee.
Other Policy
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE RENTAL. YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A FINE OF $750 FOR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING IF EVIDENCE OF SMOKING IS FOUND and you will be asked to immediately vacate the property and will forfeit the rental fee.   All cigarette butts shall be disposed of in the proper receptacles which are provided for your convenience outside the Rental.  Failure to abide may result in an additional FEE OF $250 BEING CHARGED FOR CLEANUP.
